It's that time again when another League of Legends patch is on the horizon. Following the huge content drop in patch 14.4, the next patch, 14.5, aims to refine and polish the previous changes. This includes some needed bonus buffs to Rek'Sai after her rework in the last patch notes. Seraphine also takes center stage as Riot attempt to shift her positioning from ADC back to Support.
Additionally, there will be some much-needed bug fixes and changes to two items, including Rod of Ages and Rennan's Hurricane, the latter of which is now purchasable for Melee champions.
Keep reading for the provisional changes coming in League of Legends patch 14.5, including the three new skins, all champion buffs, nerfs, and more. Remember that the following patch notes are subject to changes between now and March 6.
As per Riot Games' official patch schedule for 2024, League of Legends patch 14.5 will go live on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Like previous patches, LoL patch 14.5 will gradually rollout throughout the day across different timezones, beginning with the Oceanic server around 10 AM AEST.

Riot Games will temporarily disable all matchmaking and competitive queues for several hours before the update is deployed on servers. It's important to avoid entering any ranked games during this period to prevent potential disconnections and the loss of your hard-earned LP.
Going into this next League patch in the 14.5 update, we expect more QoL changes to some popular picks in the current meta. Riot Games is still finding their feet with Rek'Sai and will give the Jungler some much-needed buffs after her mini-rework in the previous patch 14.4. These changes include buffs to her auto-attacks and Q ability.
