The Dota offseason is in full swing and there are many players up for grabs in the free agent market. To keep track of all the exciting moves, here is a definitive list of every player up for grabs this offseason!
After not managing to make The International 11 through the Last Chance Qualifiers, T1 has decided to let go of almost its entire roster. Carlo “Kuku” Palad posted that his contract with T1 was coming to an end. Along with him, the Indonesian support duo of Kenny “Xepher” Deo and Matthew “Whitemon” Filemon have also announced that they are looking for teams to play on next year. T1’s newest addition, Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen has also announced that he is looking to play on a team next year. He has been rumored to join Team Liquid next year. As a final nail in the coffin, T1 has also let go of its coach, Park “March” Tae-won officially on it’s Twitter. This means that almost the entirety of T1 will be different next year.
While BOOM Esports members have not officially left the team, most of the players are exploring their options for the next season. Timothy “Tims” Randrup has announced that he is exploring his options, so is mid-laner Erin “Yopaj” Jasper Ferrer, support player Rolen “Sken” Andrei Gabriel Ong and carry Souliya “JaCcky” Khoomphetsavong. While they are exploring options, it does not mean some of these players won't end up on the team next year, they could still re-sign with BOOM Esports. CEO Gary “Natshuba” Ongko hopes the team can stay together for next year.
The Talon Esports crew has been together since the beginning of 2022. However, after The International 11, they decided to make changes. They have let go of offlaner Damien “Kpii” Chok and support Brizio “Hyde” Adi Putra Budiana. It is not clear yet where those two free agents will go.
The joint org of Nigma and Galaxy Racer decided to adopt a Southeast Asian team last year when the DPC started. However, at the end of this year, they have dropped the entire roster and every member will be a free agent. The team includes - Muhammad “inYourdrean” Rizky, Vincent “Alacrity” Hiew Teck Yoong, Galvin “Meracle” Kang Jian Wen, Tri “Jhocam” Kuncoro, Anurat “Boombui” Praianun.
