The beauty of The Sims 4 is you can live multiple realities and careers, especially with the sheer number of The Sims 4 DLCs available. It's a shame we can't type 'motherlode' in real life and get infinitely rich! However, at Rivalry, we can make you rich with The Sims 4 cheats — when you next create a Sim, you can start from the top, not the bottom.
In addition to getting unlimited cash, many cheat codes are available to help your Sim climb the career ladder, fulfill all their needs at the click of a button, and other types of "help" made possible in this beloved life-sim published by EA Games.
We've created this list of the best cheat codes for the PC version and Console of The Sims 4. Without further ado, here are all the ultimate life hacks to use in The Sims 4.
To first use cheat codes in The Sim 4, players must know how to access the cheat console dialogue box to input each cheat code. Here's how to enable The Sims 4 cheat console for each platform:
PC players should load up The Sims 4 and press "CTRL + SHIFT + C." to open the cheat console dialogue box. Then type in the cheats you'd like to use and press enter to confirm.
Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S players should press "LT + LB + RT + RB", all the top buttons on their Xbox controller, to enable the cheat console.
For PlayStation players, whether on PS4 or PS5, press "L1 + L2 + L3 + L4" to open up the cheat console.
You'll need to first use the "testingCheats true" cheat to access other cheats. This way, you can perform extra cheats by Shift-Clicking Sims, with other cheat options available.
Once "testingCheats" is activated, you can enable God mode, where you can move Sims between families, fill up their needs and happiness bars, and more.
The Sims 4 replicates real life in that your Sims spend all their spare cash on rent, utilities, and groceries. Luckily, these money cheat codes can bulk up their banks and even give them unlimited money!
